I'll just make it easy.
PolitiFact | The Obameter: Tracking Barack Obama's Campaign Promises
Promises that he has broken...compared to the ones he has kept, in the works and has compromised on. Looks like very, very minor flip-flopping and has kept/in the process of keeping them.

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - President Obama unveiled his plan to invest $12 billion into America's community colleges.
The President of Angelina College, Larry Phillips, said it's good news as long as the money makes it to the campus and doesn't get road-blocked by state government or committees. He said they could use the money, now that almost 1,000 students have enrolled for the second summer session alone.
"There are over 1,200 community colleges in the nation and the last time I did the math, $12 billion divided by 1,200, I wish we would get our share, would be $10 million a piece. With not even half of that money, we could make a huge impact in the lives of students and people here in East Texas," Phillips said.
Obama's proposal aims to help 5 million Americans work toward getting degrees and education certificates.

How about the release of the prisoner abuse pics. Not saying I don't agree that he saw the light on some of these....but it's still flip flopping and he is doing a load of it.

And you're just mentioning minor things that were said here and there. As for actual large campaign promises? Haven't really seen any. Prisoner pics released? That's not as simple as it sounds.
The site does show what promises he has kept and is in the process of keeping, that's an incredibly large number compared to thhe "flip flops" you've mentioned.
And the marijuana deal will be left to the states, Cali is looking at it right this moment to created revenue.
The site makes no mention that I could find of his NAFTA flip flop and that's a big deal to a lot of people.

A flip flop is not necessarily going to show up as a broken campaign promise. Not sure the site was appropriate to the discussion.

and...you don't think putting a tax on health benefits into play after making it your primary focus of attack upon your opponents health plan is a big deal?

just wait until this report comes out about the spending of this great stimulus package that was supposed to save us....already a lot of speculation of excessive spending
i personally dont see why anybody would support this mans plans...health care reform will send us deeper into turmoil...not saying we do not need it but the way it is being approached will kill the small business and put even more people in the unemployed line....and the energy bill is just plain censored stupid....global warming is a theory and not a fact the stupidity of some people amazes me....why not wait and see if it is fact before dumping all this money into it...american's are like sheep they just follow the heard all because one person says the ice caps are melting now global warming the major concern

"Damn good dog!"
Can I see that direct quote? I've heard a senator suggested it in a meeting and then the senator came out and said Obama was open to the idea...but as for him saying it? Haven't heard it honestly.
This wasn't for the financial aid programs. It's for renovating, expanding classes(like adding additional programs or online classes) and competitive grants for ones enrolled. These "loafers" are the backbone of America.
Can you explain that?
He's basically eliminated capital gains taxes, expanded loan programs, in the process of creating a National Health Insurance Exchange and a tax credit to help them with the health insurance premiums...yup, so bad for small them.
